- President of the chapter Puebla of the International society “LES AMIS DU VIN”, 1988.
- Professor of the Oenology degree and the Master’s degree course in Gastronomy at the Culinary Institute of Mexico, 2000-2002.
- Student of Oenology for attendees of Sommelier taught by the University of the wine of France at the Culinary Institute of Mexico, A.C. 2001.
- Founding Member of the Cultural Center of Studies oenological and Gastronomic and teaches courses in Oenology in this institution, 2002 and 2003.
